What We Do:

Inquiring Minds LLC has a wealth of research backed programs available on leadership as well as behavioral health. Our mission is to provide evidence-informed tutelage that makes learning accessible and fun. Our collaborative approach helps to inspire and foster individual and organizational growth. We come from different backgrounds, which helps to ensure the programs we deliver are accessible across the board. Everything we do can be tailored to fit your organizational or individual needs; we thrive on problem solving. Our slogan, inspiring growth, is reflected in every single thing that we do, including taking time to educate and grow ourselves in new areas.


Our staff have consulted with several organizations in order to help provide assistance in startup and building program infrastructure in times of growth. This includes nonprofit grant writing, assistance in developing protocols, creation of handbooks and developing new training. Who We Are:

Juli Muray

Hi there!
I'm Juli Murray, founder of Inquiring Minds LLC.
I am passionate about education, behavioral health, and quality leadership. I am a firm believer in life-long education, and am always looking to improve about my knowledge, skills and myself in general. I am currently a doctoral student in educational psychology. I also teach at a local community college and an online university.

I am an enthusiastic trainer with 13 years of experience coaching and training others on a variety of topics including leadership, organizational development, life skills, and behavioral health topics. With both for-profit and non-profit leadership experience, I am comfortable in both worlds, but my heart lies in the behavioral health nonprofit world. I have spoken in conferences, symposiums, schools, and organizations about behavioral health, mental wellness and leadership. I also have helped to build two behavioral health nonprofit grant-funded programs.

Amanda Mummert LPN, MNPM

Hi all!
I'm Amanda Mummert, a consultant with Inquiring Minds. I am an achiever, a lover of nonprofits, and a nurse with executive leadership, fundraising, program, and project management experience.

I currently work as an Assistant Director of Nursing at a assisted living facility. I am an experienced nonprofit leader with over 7 years in the nonprofit world. I hold a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management and am a licensed practical nurse. I am an achiever whose mission is to help others every day by supporting independence, freedoms, health, and financial security. I am a true nonprofit nerd. I am currently certified as a First Aid, CPR & AED Instructor.

Anita Cager-Credle

Hello everyone!
My name is Anita Cager-Credle, and I am a Trainer for Inquiring Minds LLC.
I really enjoy learning and sharing my knowledge with other people. As a result, I am ecstatic to be able to hold trainings on a variety of topics in which I am truly passionate about.

I hold a BS in Nursing from Coppin State University. I currently work as a case manager with 16-25 year olds, who have mental illnesses. I truly enjoy my job, and I love giving the youth the tools and life skills that they need in order to transition into adulthood as smoothly as possible. My team and I were awarded the Casey and Pebble Willis Making A Difference Humanitarian Award in 2017 and the Audrey Robbins Employee Team of the Year Award in 2018. I am currently certified as an instructor in Youth Mental Health First Aid and Adult Mental Health First Aid.
